The Solomon Islands offer something in their warm, clear water for every diver. These spectacular South Pacific gems boast not only incredible biodiversity with an abundance of undocumented marine creatures but they also are home to plenty of World War II wrecks due to their strategic position. This technically-oriented trip is going to focus on some of the wrecks in Guadalcanal aboard the liveaboard, Taka.
Additionally, you will visit several islands, communities and a WWII museum.

Over 10 days aboard the Taka, you will explore the Solomon Islands, including the many wrecks in Guadalcanal. Additionally, you’ll visit local communities and museums to experience the culture and learn about the history of this distant South Pacific nation.
What Is Included:
Overnight stay in Brisbane, Fiji or Honiara on September 28 (location depends on your flights)
- Airport transfers in Honiara on day of liveaboard arrival/departure
- All meals, tea, coffee, juice and snacks
- 10 nights on board the MV Solomons PNG Master (formerly MV Taka).
- Daily reef tax
- 2-3 dives per day, depending on sites

What Else You Need To Know:
Even though this is a Tech-diving trip, spouses/partners with recreational certification are welcome (you may need to sit out a dive here and there).
You will need to depart N. America latest on September 26, 2018, and will be able to depart Honiara, Solomon Islands on October 9th. Please ask us for assistance with your airfare.

Rates are per person, in USD, based on double occupancy and standard cabins. 4 standard cabins are available at single occupancy at no additional charge. First come, first served.
