To get there, take a van from Manila or any part of Luzon to Batangas (approximately 2 hours fromManila) and then take a boat to Puerto Galera (approximately 1 hour). Puerto Galera is also accessible from Subic Bay or Manila by way of a private seaplane (2-3 passengers) or helicopter (4-6 passengers) with a flight time of approximately 40 minutes.

A top notch dive center is the icing on the diving cake at Atlantis Puerto Galera. They truly thought of every detail when renovating their camera room. It comes equipped with a big matted work bench area where many photographers can set up in comfort. Cubby holes under the work counter are available to store equipment as you gear up.Batterychargers, wall sockets, bright light lamps and air guns to dry and clean your equipment are all ready to use in the air conditioned room. There are also two internet terminals so you don’t have to waste a moment getting that amazing shot you took of the Emperor Angelfish on Facebook for everyone back home to see.
Friendly, accommodating dive staff take small groups (no more than 6 people at a time) out to over 40 different dives sites, all close by (most within a 10 minute boat ride) and appropriate for varying levels of certification. Local dives are offered at 9, 11, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm (night dives are available every night). Guides are happy to take you to whichever dive site you like, depending on what you want to see.
