Qamea’s eleven authentic Beachfront Bures all have thatched roofs and were designed and built in traditional Fijian style, with soaring 20 foot ceilings and hand polished local mahogany hardwood floors.
Qamea Resort & Spa’s two new Honeymoon Bures are designed specifically for discerning guests seeking even more luxury and romance. With over 800 square feet, the Honeymoon Bures command expansive and unobstructed views of Qamea’s lagoon and long white sand beach – probably the best views on the resort.
Royal Beach Houses
The two Royal Beach Houses are situated at the far end of the white sand beach, affording maximum privacy and seclusion from the rest of the resort, along with the highest level of luxury for the discerning couple. With private beachside pools, a heated Jacuzzi spa, and over 1,700 sqaure feet of secluded luxury, this is the best that Qamea has to offer.
The Royal Villa is on the farthest, most private end of the Resort set on the exquisite white sand beach, and commands outstanding ocean and beach views. It’s 150 sq/mt featuring two full bathrooms, a master king bedroom with ensuite and indoor shower, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 king bed and a shared bathroom with an outdoor shower. Also, has a living space equipped with a 42” plasma tv connected to international satellite, DVD player, stereo with an iPod docking station and telephone. The Royal Villa has its own private plunge pool and heated Jacuzzi spa, is fully air-conditioned, fan cooled, mahogany hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a large deck with outdoor furniture and hammock.

The cuisine at Qamea can best be described as South Pacific Rim, which is similar to California Cuisine. There is full bar service, and with the new temperature controlled wine cellar, an ever-growing selection of Australian, New Zealand and California wines. Qamea's fully PADI accredited 5-star dive operation features such world-class dive sites as the Purple Wall, Qamea Freeway and more. Most of the dive sites are within ten minutes of the resort, so you will not waste valuable holiday time on a dive boat. They also offer charter dives to the White Wall and Rainbow Reef in the Somosomo Straights and to their favourite dive at the Yellow Wall.
