Position: Dive Travel – Client Service & Groups Coordinator

Location: Surrey, BC

Hours: Full time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday)

Based in Surrey, BC, Fly & Sea Dive Adventures specializes in all-inclusive dive vacations for both individuals and groups – from solo getaways to liveaboard expeditions – partnering with premier dive operators worldwide to ensure seamless travel and unforgettable underwater encounters. Our mission is to make dive travel fun, accessible and expertly managed, so our clients can simply strap on gear and dive in.

We are looking for an organized, client focused individual to join our groups department.

As our ideal candidate, you have a “can do” attitude and love to organize – events, projects and people. You have personal adventure travel experience, you may even be a diver. A huge learning curve doesn’t scare you, but rather motivates you.

As Client Service & Groups Coordinator, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • ​​​Building and nurturing client relationships through prompt, professional, and personable communication via email and phone.
  • Managing client bookings from start to finish — ensuring details are accurate, payments and documentation are on schedule, and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborating with our admin and sales teams to deliver exceptional service, coordinate custom trip adjustments, and support smooth group travel operations.
  • Maintaining organized records and spreadsheets for group travel logistics, supplier details, and client information to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Staying current in your travel knowledge — from our preferred dive travel partners and destinations to emerging trends and best practices in the travel industry.
  • As part of our close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless and memorable dive travel experiences for our clients.

Qualifications & Experience

Our preferred candidate is:

  • Experienced & knowledgeable – Has 2-3 years of project coordination (event planning or group coordination) or prior travel organization experience required. Graduation from a recognized travel and tourism program is an asset.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Able to manage multiple bookings, deadlines, and client requests with precision.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner – Able to adapt to new software, booking platforms, and travel technologies efficiently.
  • Collaborative Team Player – Works well with colleagues across sales, admin, and operations to deliver seamless travel experiences.

What We Offer

Remuneration: $40,000 – $45,000 starting salary (depending on experience & qualifications), generous benefits plan plus dive travel incentives
