International airfare to & from Galapagos,  premium alcoholic beverages, $20 Tourist Card to be paid for locally, $200USD National park fee, and a $35USD Chamber contribution, the last night’s dinner onboard, dive rental gear (except weights & tanks), nitrox, crew gratuities, any pre and post hotel accommodations and dive/travel insurance.
