The Aqua Cat liveaboard is a great option in Bahamas diving, cruising the crystal clear waters of the Exumas Islands. This 102-foot catamaran departs weekly from Nassau to explore the Land and Sea Park – a region of spectacular natural beauty both above and below the water. There are no set itineraries on this private charter, allowing you to determine the course and dive sites, then sit back, relax, and let the Aqua Cat’s crew of 10 look after you.

The Aqua Cat liveaboard offers 11 cabins set over three levels of living space, all of which offer ocean view windows and en-suite bathrooms. There’s a dining area to enjoy the creations of the Aqua Cat’s chef and salon lounge complete with a TV and DVD player. You can also dine on the alfresco deck or relax on one of the sun loungers on the sun deck.

Spend your days diving the walls, coral reefs and wrecks of the Exumas Islands from the 900 square-foot dive platform, with everything from shark dives to blue holes on offer. Nitrox is available onboard and up to 26 dives available within your week-long liveaboard cruise. When you’re not diving, you can enjoy a range of other water sports, including snorkelling, kayaking, SUP-ing and fishing. Alternatively, spend time exploring the uninhabited beaches and lush interior of the archipelago, with plenty to keep non-diving family members busy.

The Aqua Cat’s 28-foot jet boat, the Sea Dog, also takes guests on daily eco-adventures for hiking and beach combing. You can meet the endangered iguanas of Allen’s Cay, spot rare tropical seabirds at Camp Driftwood and even swim with pigs at Major’s Cay!
