Reminder of our cancellation conditions

After booking, the reserved services may be canceled with the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the reserved service: 100% of the total amount.
• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of services reserved and not consumed (NO SHOW).
• In the event of cancellation for health reasons and upon presentation of a medical certificate, only 20% cancellation fees apply.

TOPDIVE reserves the right to cancel its services for weather reasons or force majeure.

Any cancellation of service by TOPDIVE will give rise to a full refund of the canceled services.
