Tubbataha is Life!
Diving Tubbataha Reef is famous for its incredible marine biodiversity, dynamic underwater terrain, and a wide variety of large marine animals including sea turtles, manta rays, and various shark species. Arguably the most biodiverse scuba diving destination in the Philippines if not the world! It is a unique example of an atoll reef with a very high density of marine species; the North Islet serving as a nesting site for birds and marine turtles. The site is an excellent example of a pristine coral reef with a spectacular 100-m perpendicular wall, extensive lagoons and two coral islands. There is a small window to visit the reef with the season being only March to June each year- demand for liveaboards are high. Join Judy as she dives and explores this amazing protected reef next year!
